Please Remember the Following:

Please have your trash out at the road no later than 5:00 PM on Sunday evenings for once-a-week pickups and no later than 5:00 PM on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for twice-a-week pickups. We recommend using trash cans/bins to secure your trash until we can get to your home for your pickup. Pickup times may vary due to weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

Unless agreed upon prior to pickup, we only pick up bagged household trash on your regular pickup days.

All bags MUST be tied. Untied or torn bags will be left.

We DO NOT pick up contractor bags or frum liners.

Please DO NOT put ANY chemicals in your bags. Bags with these items will be left. (This is for the safety of the drivers.)

Boxes need to be folded flat and bundled together. Please DO NOT put loose trash in boxes.

Your rate is based on the number of bags agreed upon (6 bags per pickup). Going over this limit will result in a $3 per bag charge added onto your bill for that week.

Any dogs that are or can be aggressive toward strangers, please make sure they are put up during the time of your trash pickup. Otherwise, your trash will be left. (This is for the safety of the drivers.)

We cannot pick up any environmental items, including oil, oil filters, transmission fluid, tires, batteries, paint, chemicals, insecticides, or any liquids of any kind. Also, we cannot accept any items containing Freon. We cannot pick up any gas cylinders, including propane, helium, oxygen, etc., even if the cylinder is empty.

We cannot pick up animal carcasses/skeletons, animal/fish remains, or animal feces. Bags with these items will be left.

For us to pick up kitty litter, it needs to be double-bagged and in small bags separate from your household trash. DO NOT MAKE BAGS HEAVY.

Please label and box broken glass or sharp objects for the safety of our drivers.



Payments are due on the 1st day of the month. If your payments have not been received by the 10th of the month, a $5 late fee will be added to your account. Your waste disposal services may be suspended if payment has not been received by the 15th of the month. Past due accounts MUST be paid before 3 pm the day before your scheduled pickup day, or your trash will be left. There will be a $15 re-activation fee added to any account closed due to suspension or non-payments.
